The Dessert Bar is a tailored experience, imagined and realized by chef Rory Macdonald. Personalized tasting menus of sweet and savory courses are complemented by seasonal handcrafted cocktails, a unique after-dinner drink collection, and an indulgent wine list. “The Art of Dessert” and its offerings evoke memories of Flatiron’s past, but the whole of chef Rory’s concept is firmly grounded in the present with its modern interpretations of the traditional patisserie.
