With a focus on European-led products and elevated preparation, Chef Rory Macdonald celebrates the art of dessert making at Chanson & The Dessert Bar. His love for travel has led him to placements & stages in Spain, the UK and US. His experiences include working under chef Salvador Gallego in Madrid and Chef Jun Tanaka in London. 2017 marked the opening of his Manhattan patisserie Chanson and late night Dessert Bar concept.
